Chevrolet launched its fourth-generation Silverado in 2019, an exceptional truck with incredible power and outstanding off-road capabilities. And those were the main reasons that made it the perfect candidate for tuning projects.
The latest aftermarket program comes from Hennessey Performance Engineering and involves a massive exterior work out, as well as the tuner`s power upgrade under the hood.
The whole project is called Goliath 700 and is limited to only 100 units. This makes it a real special edition, especially since it blends a supercharged package for the truck`s famous 6.2-liter engine, now equipped with plenty of off-road hardware. It is a numbered run, and the price reflects that.

In the United States, the truck is offered through Hennessey-authorized Chevy dealers, with an opening figure of $139,950 before destination charge and optional extras. For that money, buyers get a factory-backed answer to machines such as the Ford F-150 Raptor R and the second coming of the TRX from Ram. The package also includes a three-year limited warranty, which matters here. Quite a bit, actually.
In terms of output, Hennessey gives 611 pound-feet (828 Newton-meters) at 4200 revolutions per minute. The company also claims that the Goliath 700 will accelerate from 0 to 60mph in 4.2s / 0 to 100 kmph in 4.4s. Such numbers put it squarely into the current supertruck debate, although Chevrolet itself did not ever decide to create such a model.

The hardware list is extensive. The recipe includes a twin-screw blower, intercooling air to water, and Hennessey Performance Engineering engine management calibration. The truck is also fitted with 20-inch wheels and 35-inch off-road tires. BDS upper control arms are part of the suspension upgrade, while Hennessey Goliath steel bumpers and black exhaust outlets add to the visual and functional changes.
There is more. Exterior details include “Supercharged” fender badging, raised “Hennessey” and “Goliath” badges, plus carbon-fiber appliques for the hood and tailgate. The lighting upgrades are a standard 40-inch LED front bumper light bar and three-inch LED off-road pod lights. The package is completed with electric power running boards, embroidered headrests, and all-weather floor mats, as well as serial-numbered interior plaques.

Interesting background as well: GM already installed a supercharged V8 into the truck-based Cadillac Escalade-V, which with a two-speed transfer case, has full-time AWD instead of part-time 4WD. Nevertheless, Chevy and GMC half-ton pickups remain untreated in factories. Hennessey just decided not to wait.
