Customize Your Touareg with ABT`s Power Kit and Not Only

With the new Touareg on the market, Volkswagen has made sure that customers get the best quality services in terms of design, power, and on top of that, exquisite good looks! And when I say good looks, I definitely mean outrageous yet appealing body language with an aggressive attitude.

But as you already know, there is place for more, in case you get bored and want some fine touches for your new Volkswagen Touareg. And one tuning company that provides top quality services in the tuning business is no other than ABT company from Germany.

I am pretty sure you are already familiar with ABT`s portfolio, the tuning company becoming famous with impressive programs on many of the German cars on the market today, no matter how old or new they are, or regardless of the power they come with. The aftermarket technicians provide mega-power packages for BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and much more.

For the Touareg in question, the owner chose ABT for some impressive power output, a couple of enhancements at the exterior, as well as for some eye-catching upgrades inside the cabin, which, by the way, is already stuffed with hundreds of gadgets and high-quality materials.

Car Exterior Upgrades

Aggressive lines and futuristic design – these are the top attributes of the new Touareg – however, as aforementioned, there is place for more and a professional touch will always get the attention of every passers-by.

The most striking elements around the body represent the new and much bigger wheels signed by ABT, which provide better stance; they measure 22 inches from front to rear and come handy with the new suspension system that can lower the car`s ride height by 38 mm and 20 mm, front and rear, respectively. And on track, the lowered suspension offers the hauler greater stability, especially on tight corners. Other than that, the body colour is exactly what this Touareg needed to get that perfect snapshot on the streets.

Car Interior Upgrades

The Touareg is a top model from the famous German Group and that means a top interior with the best quality materials, high-tech equipment and luxurious elements all around. However, with some extra cash in your pocket, you can always customize the interior the way you wanted. In this case, ABT specialists wrapped the dashboard, center console, steering wheels, door panels and seats in Alcantara, in contrast with carbon fiber trim. The ABT logos are also present on the seats.

Power Upgrades

The cherry on the top of the cake is however, the SUV`s new power input.

Normally, the new Touareg comes equipped with a 4.0-liter TDI banger, developing no less than 416 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque, which is pretty close to a sports car. And since that was not enough for the driver of this SUV, a couple more was added, which leads it to almost 970 Nm of torque. The power was raised to 493 ponies. And that, my friends, would be enough to chase after a Bentley Bentayga or even a Lamborghini Urus.
